Richmond Team Justice Group
During 2007/08 the Justice Group will be focusing on the environment. Climate change, habitat destruction and exploitation of the earth's resources are profoundly damaging God's creation, and causing irreversible change to our world.
While consumers in Richmond deplete the Earth's resources at an alarming rate, and stamp out the biggest carbon footprint in London, those who will suffer most live in the poorest countries, where there is least protection from rising temperatures, ecosystem destruction and increased flooding.
We must act before it's too late!

What else is the justice group doing?
Protecting the environment is just one aspect of our Christian commitment to justice. Christians in Richmond are involved in local and international projects to lift people out of poverty and oppression and enable all humanity to live as fully as God intends.
