First Sunday After Trinity

First Sunday After Trinity with Revd Mother Wilma RoestThe bells of St Mary MagdaleneReadingsRomans 5:1-8 read by SarahMatthew 9:35 – 10:8 read by JuliaPrayers by SueHymn CP 516 Love divine, all loves excelling Voluntary All music played by Ally(All recordings were made by contributors in their own homes, in safe environments, following government advice. As of 5 May the House of Bishops’ gave limited access to church buildings for activities such as streaming of services or private prayer by clergy in their own parishes). This is an offering from St Mary Magdalene to the congregations of the Richmond Team and the wider community.PLEASE GIVE A LITTLEUnfortunately, with our churches closed, and therefore no cash collections at services, and with all groups who would normally use our church buildings also on lockdown, we are experiencing a significant drop in income. We have taken steps to reduce the Team expenditure by placing a number of staff on furlough and will continue to look at other ways of cost saving. We are hugely grateful to so many who continue to make their weekly or monthly contribution to the finances of the Team, by standing order or direct debit. However if anyone would like to make a donation to the work of our churches this can be done at https://givealittle.co/campaigns/5260a080-4ee0-49b6-a1c3-d552ef9a0700 Whilst this is a challenging time for many, financially as well as emotionally, I hope we can continue to count on your support for the work of our 3 churches.
